Bowtie Nationals® GM Invasion™
IT’S OFFICIAL. The Chevrolet Bowtie Nationals® with expand to all GM cars and trucks starting at the Indianapolis event on Sept 27-28, 2024 and will continue going forward at all events in 2025. Coined as the “GM INVASION™”, the Bowtie Nationals will welcome all Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiac and Cadillac vehicles*. The name of the event will remain the Bowtie Nationals & GM Invasion, title sponsored by Chevrolet Performance.
The Bowtie Nationals® is America’s Largest ALL Chevrolet & GM Automotive Event. Featuring a huge car/truck show with first-class awards, free* autocross for all registered show vehicles, dyno challenge, drifting (at select events), burnout contest, huge vendor midway, swap meet and full competitive 1/8 mile bracket style drag racing.
The Chevrolet Performance Bowtie Nationals® & GM Invasion™ features many of the classic cars and trucks that you know. The Chevrolet Camaro, Impala, Malibu, Biscayne, El Camino, C10 & K10 Series trucks & Blazers, Chevelle, Caprice, Chevy-II/Nova, Monza, Vega and others. The Buick Grans Sport, Riviera, Regal, Skylark, LeSabre, Super and other. The Pontiac Firebird, GTO, Fireo, GrandAm, GrandPrix, Bonneville, LeMans, G6, Ventura, Parisienne and others. The Oldsmobile Cutlass, Cutlass Supreme, 442, Coronado, Starfire and others. The Cadillac Eldorado, DeVille, CTS, Fleetwood and many more.
From the early first models, to the more current late models, the Bowtie Nationals & GM Invasion welcomes all GM cars, trucks & vans.
The Bowtie Nationals & GM Invasion welcomes all motor combinations. Unlike other events that are specific to a particular engine, we include Small Block, Big Block, LT, LS and other GM Engines. We also provide an event that is interactive as you want it to be. You can participate with your vehicle, ride along or just watch. It also allows you to see many other vehicle makes just like yours in one show without having to sift through a bunch of other vehicles that you may not be interested in. The Bowite Brotherhood™ is in full effect!
TRUCKS! – Yes! As many of you know, or have known for years, the truck/SUV market is HOT. The staff behind the Bowtie Nationals co-founded the Tri-Five Nationals, created the F-Body Nationals, and most recently founded the C10 Nationals & Truck-Fest. We incorporate this exciting demographic with open arms, allowing trucks from the early start all the way up to the latest models. Sorry, we do NOT allow “Carolina Squatted” or “Bro Dozer” trucks/SUVs. If you don’t know what those are, you are probably ok to be part of our event!
DRAG RACING – We feature 1/8 mile bracket style competitive drag racing. Drag Race entry fee applies.
It’s free to watch all of the drag racing as a car show participant or a spectator.
